@madhavamine6mc could be an LCD panel issue. Connect an external monitor and see if that display properly. If so then it is most likely an issue with your LCD screen. If an external monitor displays the same anomaly it is an issue with your GPU circuitry. WE would need to know the exact model for your Samsung to you with those issues.
